He is so knowledgeable but down to earth; he really took a lot of our stress away over our two sessions.
He is a breath of fresh air from some of the more elitist dog trainers and owners we have interacted with. We appreciated his calm but humorous style of teaching and he makes it very easy to come away from each session with clear cut direction.
